Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return most unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Extended holiday returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027.

Hygiene items
For health reasons, socks and sleep masks can only be returned if unopened.

How to return
Email us your order number at support@cozmoe.com first. Because items ship from different partner warehouses, we'll send you the correct return address. Please don't mail items back without contacting us.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In those cases, we cover it.

Refunds
We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
